Eight months after announcing exclusive negotiations, Orange and BNP Paribas have just signed an exclusive referencing agreement which allows k to benefit, if they wish, from support in transferring their account to Hello bank!.
A simplified route
From the end of February until the end of May, Orange Bank customers will receive personalized mail. They will then be able to benefit from a simplified process to transfer their assets to the BNP Paribas group’s online bank. Orange Bank customers who choose Hello bank! will be able to opt for banking mobility and thus not have to take any steps to manage direct debits, transfer their balance and close their account(s) and products. .
Customers will also be able to benefit from exclusive offers* if they choose to trust Hello bank! (up to 230 euros in benefits including 80€ for opening a bank account with the Hello One or Hello Prime offer, 100€ in vouchers using the banking mobility service to transfer your recurring transfers and direct debits , and 50 euros for opening a savings account) which is also the number 1 bank for digital customer relations**.
Furthermore, Hello bank! offers a wide range of products: current account, PEA stock market, loans, insurance and even savings solutions. Another significant advantage is that online banking allows the physical relationship with its customers to be maintained by giving them access to the automated teller machines of BNP Paribas branches in order to deposit checks or cash to fund their account.
Tailor-made support
Faithful to the group’s values, Orange Bank is committed to offering an exemplary customer experience throughout the transition process. From the end of February until the end of May, each customer will receive a personalized letter which will allow them to benefit from simple and transparent information adapted to their situation. From the current home page of its site, the bank urges its customers “to be patient during this transition phase” while awaiting receipt of this letter.
To best support its customers, Orange Bank trusts Hello bank! which shares common values – particularly in terms of customer relations. In its press release, Hello bank! specifies that “throughout the journey, a telephone line and dedicated teams Hello bank! will be made available to Orange Bank customers”. The bank’s director, Bertrand Cizeau, adds “beyond the attractiveness of the exclusive offer that we offer them, the entire Hello bank! is mobilized to welcome them as best as possible and provide them with complete satisfaction.” Obviously, customers are free to agree or not to open an account with Hello bank!.
