O2 is offering a very interesting promotion for users. Those who sign up for their 1 Gbps fibre plan + 200 GB of mobile data, which costs around 50 euros per month, will also get a 1 Gbps fibre plan + 200 GB of mobile data. They will receive a gift: a free subscription to Movistar Plus+the company’s content platform.
The teleoperator has announced it on social networks, also indicating that customers They will not have to pay any additional costs to enjoy everything that the Movistar Plus+ subscription offers, thus offering the user a wide range of content in films, series and sports. To access the promotion, the only thing we have to make sure is have contracted the O2 rate of 1 Gbps of fiber at home + 200 GB mobile data plan for 50 euros per month (VAT included). If so, you will receive a notification about the offer via the O2 mobile app.

This notification brings with it a special code that we can redeem to activate our Movistar Plus+ subscription. Depending on our situation, we can redeem the promotion in the following ways:
If you do not have an account in Movistar Plus+, we will have to go to the following link, register and Activate our account through the code that we have received from the O2 promotion.
If you already have an active Movistar Plus+ subscription with the 9.99 euro per month rate (which is the one included in the promotion and the one that does not offer 4K content, unlike the 14 euro per month rate), you will have to go to your customer service area and in ‘My subscription‘, we add the code we received from the promotion. This way, our rate will change automatically and we won’t pay anything at the next renewal.
If you do not have an active subscription but do have a Movistar Plus+ account, all you have to do is access the service with your credentials and here we will be asked if we have any special promotional code to access the service, at which point we will have to apply the O2 gift code.
The promotion will only be available to those who have contracted this fibre + data plan with O2. If you have contracted this plan but took advantage of the introductory price of 45 euros per month instead of 50, the promotion will not apply to you either.
