The gas car is also cheaper

The truth, in his case, is that with the arrival of low emission zones in municipalities with more than 50,000 inhabitants and other urban limitations. this has caused many drivers to be interested in cars that can save in a good way.

It is there where the gas cars, LPG or CNG, which are cars more economical than non-plug-in hybrids and like them have the advantages of the ECO label.

These vehicles have a single engine, which is internal combustion, so they cannot be considered hybrids as such (by combining only one type of propulsion system), but energy hybrids, or better known as bifuel vehicles. Its operation is very similar to that of a vehicle with a normal combustion engine, but the engine is adapted to be able to use the two fuels, either simultaneously or alternatively.

Which ones can we choose?

Also, and as something to value, is that there is not a single gas car. Here are those of LPG and CNG, where both are more than capable alternative fuels for day to day.

In the case of LPG, this refers to liquefied petroleum gas, while CNG, compressed natural gas. Thus, we are talking about two types of vehicles that are gaining real space at a time when traditional cars are beginning to lose ground against hybrids and, increasingly, electric ones. But which of them are good ideas to save? Check out.

Fiat Panda LPG

The first one we give you to choose from is the Fiat Panda LPG, where the veteran urban model of the Italian brand is offered with a four-cylinder 1.2 naturally aspirated engine that develops 69 hp and it can work, interchangeably, with gasoline and LPG.

Normally, Fiat applies significant discounts to its official rate of €16,250In fact, it is now on sale for 11,452 euros with the Lounge finish, which includes central locking with remote control, fog lights or a radio with Bluetooth.

Dacia Duster LPG

Another liquefied petroleum gas model is the Dacia Duster, surely one of the most popular of this type on the market. It is a compact SUV that can have the DGT ECO label, equipped with a three-cylinder 1.0 TCe engine.

With 100 horsepower, five-speed manual transmission and front-wheel drive. The only finish available for the Duster LPG is the intermediate Essential, equipped with fog lights, DAB digital radio or roof bars.

Renault Clio LPG

The Renault Clio is a segment B vehicle that has dimensions of 4.05 meters in length by 1.79 meters in width and 1.44 meters in height. On a mechanical level, the liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) version includes a 1.1 block that delivers 75 HP of power.

Standard includes six airbags, ESP with Hill Holder, air conditioning, ISOFIX anchors, lane keeping assistant, cruise control, front electric windows, LED headlights, traffic signal reader, SOS call, Connect R&Go radio, heated electric mirrors , light and rain sensor and multifunction steering wheel.

Ford Fiesta

We also find the Ford Fiesta, the popular model of the oval brand, which is available with bodies of three and five doors with the 1.1 PFI GLP engine of 75 hp.

ford fiesta gas cars

This atmospheric three-cylinder block is linked to a five-speed manual gearbox and the front-wheel drive. The Fiesta GLP is combined with the Trend finish, equipped with led lights, electric and heated rear-view mirrors, air conditioning or an 8-inch central touch screen, among other things.
