Two mobiles that this year share the most important thing again, their performance core in the form of a processor, but that in the rest of the aspect are mobiles that are adapted to different audiences. Hence its price difference, which once we know its main differences are easier to understand.
Different size
At first glance it is the main difference between both phones, since the two have very different screens. Since the Xiaomi 12 has a size of 6.28 inches, while the Pro model has one of 6.73 inches. But it is not the only difference, since that of this more advanced model has technology LPTOas well as more QHD + resolution.
It also has more shine, 1500 nits the screen of the Pro model. Therefore, this is one of the aspects where we find the most differences between the two. An important difference is in the weight, which is only 179 grams in the standard model and 204 grams in the Pro model. And of course, the first one is smaller, with dimensions of 152.7 x 69.9 x 8.2 mm and in the Pro of 163.6 x 74.6 x 8.2 mm, as you can see, they are the same thick.

Triple cameras, but different
Once again, there are important differences in this regard. Although the two phones share a 50-megapixel main sensor, the Pro model has two other 50 megapixel sensorsultra wide angle and telephoto.
While in the standard model they are 5 and 13 megapixels respectively. Therefore we have two similar cameras, but with much higher resolution in the Pro model, at the level of the best-equipped flagships on the market.
Powerful batteries, but at different speeds
It is undoubtedly one of the most striking aspects of these Xiaomi phones, their great power. And it is that while the standard Xiaomi 12 has a battery with a power of 67W that allows it to be fully charged in just 39 minutes, the Pro model practically doubles it, with 120W of powerIn fact, it fully charges in just 18 minutes. Both are very fast, but the most advanced model is the fastest we can find on the market today.
Another slight difference is the battery capacity, which is 4500mAh in the standard model and 4600mAh in the Pro model. Wireless charging both phones enjoy the same power of 50W. We also find other different and important aspects, such as the multimedia aspect. Since while the standard model has two stereo speakers, in the case of the Xiaomi 12 Pro there are four stereo speakers, an important difference.
Price
Finally, one of the main differences is found in the price, which, as expected, is different. If we look at the base models, the Xiaomi 12 has a starting price of 799.99 euros in the version of 8GB of RAM memory plus 128GB of internal storage. While the Xiaomi 12 Pro starts at 999.99 euros in its version with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
As you can see, they are two mobiles with many differences, although they coincide in some key characteristics, such as the processor, which is the same Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, the most powerful of the moment among Android mobiles, as well as in the selfie camera, which is 32 megapixels in both. And the connectivity, from Wi-Fi to GPS or Bluetooth, is the same too.
