On December 12, Xiaomi unveiled two new high-end smartphones, the Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro. It will be necessary to wait more than two months before seeing the devices arrive on our premises. It was originally thought that Xiaomi would launch them on the first day of MWC 2023, but the conference will finally take place the day before, on February 26th.
Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun officially confirmed the news on his Twitter account. We can therefore expect 2 smartphones at this conference: the Xiaomi 13 and the Xiaomi 13 Pro. Unfortunately, these will not come with the Ultra model, which should arrive with us later, around April.
Xiaomi is going to offer a big gift for Xiaomi 13 pre-orders
After revealing the fairly high prices of the Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro, the leaker @billbil-kun did it again by revealing the pre-order bonus for the two smartphones this time. ” Pre-order a Xiaomi 13 or Xiaomi 13 Pro and get a free Xiaomi TV P1E 43″ worth €449 “, can we read on his tweet. However, we can point out that this television model is not very recent, since it had been marketed from the end of 2021. It is even currently available at only 329 euros on the official Xiaomi website.
To compensate for the sharply rising prices, Xiaomi has therefore probably decided to offer a 43-inch 4K television to all those who pre-order one of the two smartphones. For the moment, it is not known exactly how long this offer will be.
@billbil-kun announced that the Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro would be officially available on March 8so the pre-order period is expected to span just over a week until March 7, 2023.
As a reminder, the top-of-the-range Xiaomi 13 will be marketed with 256 GB of storage at 999 euros, while it will cost 1299 euros for the Xiaomi 13 Pro with 256 GB of storage. This is respectively 100 euros and 200 euros more than the previous models released last year.
