Uber has rolled out this feature in Delhi NCR from today, through which users can now book cabs or autos on WhatsApp. Uber has an official chatbot on WhatsApp, using which one can easily book a cab through the chatting app. Let us tell you that you can get this facility not only in English but also in Hindi language. To use this feature, you have to first save the number ‘+91 7292000002’ in your phone and then on this number on WhatsApp ‘ Hi’ message has to be sent. After this, after verification, you will get an OTP in which you can enter your pickup and drop location and details on WhatsApp. Here you can choose whether you want to take a cab, take an auto or something. You will then be sent fare details and driver arrival details, everything.
