The Orange and Sosh network is facing an outage preventing those affected from making calls. When they try to communicate, they do not hear the slightest dial tone while the interlocutor on the other side nevertheless sees the incoming call.
It is a strange failure that strikes several people subscribed to Orange or Sosh. Calls are a big problem. Several people from the editorial staff of Frandroid are noticing this issue while reports on DownDetector are high and people on Twitter are complaining about the same issue.
Hello Mehdidz16bg, I am sorry for this inconvenience and for the inconvenience caused. Do you encounter this problem everywhere or at a specific address and does it happen with one correspondent or all correspondents?

Calls impossible at Orange and Sosh
Basically, affected people try to call someone, but hear no dial tone during the call. In the meantime, the person on the other end of the line usually sees the incoming call, but even if they pick up, communication is impossible. During a test, we even fell on the answering machine once the person called had hung up.
At the time of writing these lines, we have not yet been able to verify whether Orange has provided an official response to explain the causes of such a failure. Note in passing that mobile Internet does not seem to pose as many problems according to our first observations.
The SMS are milling
Regarding SMS, these continue to work according to our tests. However, messages have a long delay between sending and receiving.
