Barely a few hours after the release of the final trailer for The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, an advertisement for the game leaked on the Reddit forums. This was obviously to be published when the Nintendo title was released, since it reveals some new elements that the trailers had not yet shown until now.
Yesterday was an exceptional day for Zelda fans, and for all Nintendo Switch players in general. Indeed, the Japanese firm broadcast live the very last trailer for Tears of the Kingdom, the next installment in the saga, before its release scheduled for May 12. And if the State of Play dedicated to Final Fantasy XVI then diverted the attention of many players, others are still eager for new information on Nintendo’s next production.
It didn’t take long to get it. Indeed, just hours after the release of the latest trailer, an ad for the game surfaced on Reddit. The user behind the leak presents the latter as “a slightly incomplete version”. This does not prevent him from delivering some interesting details, which had not yet been revealed by previous trailers.
What the latest Zelda Tears of the Kingdom leak tells us
First interesting detail, Hyrule – or rather, the sky of Hyrule – will obviously be covered with rails that it will be possible to take. Be careful however, the fall will never be far, as we can see in the advertisement. Fortunately, we can count on Link’s mythical paraglider to avoid a bad fall. These also seem similar to the rails that we saw in the last trailer.

The video also shows us a short extract with a Gleeok, one of the recurring enemies of the license which will therefore return in the next opus. Finally, we are also entitled to a new preview of Hyrule Castle, which surely promises many surprises to the players. Moreover, the advertisement takes up the various elements of gameplay which promise to be quite simply revolutionary, in particular the mechanics of combining objects to create new ones. In short, we are even more impatient.
