In the latest beta of Apple Music for Android it has been leaked that the next Apple service is very close.
The last beta version of Apple Music for Android leaks a possible new function that could reach the Apple music application this year, in fact it should be announced in the coming months. In this beta version the name has been detected “Apple Classical” in the app code, an upcoming classical music service that could come to Apple Music in 2022.
In August of last year, Apple acquired Primephonic for boost classical music within your streaming service. The dedicated classical music app was shut down soon after, with Apple telling existing subscribers to use Apple Music until the new app was ready in early 2022.
At the moment it is new Apple Music feature, or standalone Apple Classical Music app, has not been presented. Apple may be waiting for its March event to launch “Apple Classical,” or it may be able to introduce it through a press release like it recently did with Tap to Pay.
This application dedicated to classical music linked to Apple Music would be launched at some point in 2022, according to Apple. It will have features like lossless audio and Dolby Atmos spatial sound that Apple Music already has. However, its user interface and catalog will focus solely on classical music
Apple Music is positioned as the second streaming music service in the world, and news like this can make Apple’s service very different from other alternatives. Apple is innovating more than Spotify, with new features like spatial audio and Dolby Atmos sound, and the new classical music feature could win many users to the Apple music appsomething that the latest decisions of Spotify could also do.
