Like almost every two weeks, Apple launches a new beta. This time it is the fourth beta for iOS 16.2 and iPadOS 16.2 for iPhone and iPad.
These versions allow Apple to fix bugs and instabilities before the official launch scheduled for December, first with developers, then with public testers.

Registered developers can download iOS 16.2 and iPadOS 16.2 profiles from the Apple Developer Center and once installed, the beta versions that will follow can be retrieved directly from the iPhone or iPad, via the application Settings.
