A new revised version of iOS 17.4.1 is available for download only via computer.
A few days ago, Apple released the iOS 17 update with version 17.4.1, which did not have relevant new features in aesthetic aspects and focused specifically on offering security improvements to solve some bugs, among these were iPad error when reading QR codes. However, a few hours ago, the company quietly released a new revised version of this update.
It is not the first time that Apple decides to release a new (revised) update of a version that it has already made public. This is because it can facilitate the installation process, although it may also contain some other minimal improvements to correctly offer what it is intended for all compatible devices. In this case it is more security and bug fixes.

According to a 9to5mac analysis of this update, the first difference is the build number of this new version: 21E237, while in the previous version it is 21E236. Additionally, although iOS 17.4.1 fixes two security exploits found in CoreMedia and WebRTCue that allow arbitrary code execution when processing an image, andThis new version could add more solutions to errors recently discovered by the company.
For now, This revised version of iOS 17.4.1 can only be installed via the IPSW file to update or restore your iPhone or iPad through the Finder or with the Apple Devices app available for Windows.
This new revised version is expected to be available to be installed as a OTA update in the next few hours. Once it is available you can download and install it as follows. Go to Settings > General > Software Update on your iPhone or iPad.
