Tech News Desk – Let us tell you that Khan Academy is an American non-profit organization. It provides world class education to all for free. It was founded by Salman ‘Sail’ Khan in the year 2008. GPT-4 is the latest version of OpenAI’s language model. With its help, the company has created a virtual AI tutor and classroom assistant. Its name is Khanmigo.

Khan Academy is very popular and it helps people of all ages to learn math, science and humanities. There are thousands of lessons available on these topics here. But, every student has different query on any subject and their needs are also different. Addressing it properly takes time and resources.

In such a situation, Khan Academy has developed this AI-powered virtual tutor. So that students can get better experience. The organization has claimed that the new AI tutor will help save time, the most limited resource of their teachers. The academy wrote on Twitter that Khanmigo is a tutor for learners and an assistant for teachers. It also helps in real time for multiple queries.

Will this threaten the jobs of teachers? So the answer is no. Even though AI is a powerful tool. But, it cannot take the place of humans. Because, humans are using it as a helping hand to work easily. In Khan Academy too, this AI tutor has been introduced to help the teachers, so that they can explain to the students in a better way.
