A schematic of the iPhone 14 has been leaked that shows the double hole on the screen, larger than we expected.
Rumors have been going on for some time about a new design of the notch area in the next iPhone 14. First, a hole in the screen was chosen and the latest rumors indicated that Apple would do something original and unique to house the Face ID sensors and the front camera. have now leaked schematics showing the double hole on screenwhich would be bigger than we expected.
The image appeared for first time on weibothe main Chinese social network, and was later shared by the well-known Apple leaker Jon Prosserwho claimed to have been able to confirm that this iPhone 14 schematic is legit and which represents the “most likely size” of this double clipping. Something expected considering that Apple already has to have the final design of the iPhone 14 decided.
Technically, it seems that Apple is removing all the black area of the notch that is not a sensor or camera, so that there is a double hole in the screen. However, this leak seems to indicate a much larger and rougher size than we expected. This is the comparison between the filtration and the previously filtered.
In the panel leaked by Ross Young where this double hole could be seen on the screen, it seemed that the elongated hole was the one that was centered on the screen, with the camera to its right. In this case, both sensor holes are centered. Also keep in mind that this will be the design of the two iPhone 14 Pro modelsUntil 2023 Apple would not introduce it in the entire range.
In the event that this leaked scheme is completely real and finally Apple replaces the notch with this double hole on the screen, the final design of the iPhone 14 could be like this.
There are hardly any a few months to know the final design of the iPhone 14. In the month of September Apple will present them and we will see if we finally have this double and large hole in the screen, or if the company has been able to reduce it. We will also know if other rumors such as its longer battery life, its new cameras or the price increase are true.
