New images of an iPhone 14 Pro case sitting on top of an iPhone 13 Pro have given us arguably the best look yet at the design changes expected on Apple’s upcoming 2022 iPhone, specifically changes to the sensors of the iPhone. rear camera, as well as flash and LiDAR scanner.
A gigantic camera on the iPhone 14 Pro
Images shared on the Naver blog by “yeux1122” reveal significantly larger camera lenses on the back of the upcoming iPhone 14 Pro. Trying to adapt the protection designed for the next iPhone 2022 on an iPhone 13 Pro, we see that each sensor – the wide angle, ultra wide angle and telephoto lenses – will grow larger. As a result, the flash and the LiDAR scanner will also change position depending on the images.
Earlier images of iPhone 14 Pro cases and dummy models have revealed that Apple is planning a bigger camera bump on this year’s iPhone. The larger camera lenses and more prominent rear camera array result from several expected new features including the new 48MP main sensor, as well as improvements to low-light photography, astrophotography and possibly 8K video recording.
Another image shared in the same post shows that the volume buttons and vibrate will be moved slightly higher on the upcoming iPhone 14 Pro. Overall, schematics of the next iPhone that leaked earlier this year revealed a slightly heavier and thicker design, thanks to a bigger battery and beefed up camera. The iPhone 14 Pro will be more exclusive than ever thanks to new features. Besides the camera, they will get an always-on screen, faster charging, an A16 chip or even new colors.
