While the PS Plus Extra and PS Plus Premium catalogs were expected to welcome games and say goodbye to others every month, May will mark the retirement of the largest number of titles yet.
After a fairly interesting month of March with a compilation of games including Uncharted Legacy of Thieves and Immortals Fenyx Rising, Sony is back with a new selection of titles that will be added to PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium subscriptions.
Among them, we find in particular headlining Doom Eternal, the fast paced shooter of 2020 which is highly loved by gamers. He will be accompanied this month by 10 other titlesavailable on PS5 or only on PS4 for some of them.
LIST OF PS PLUS EXTRA/PREMIUM GAMES IN APRIL 2023
Here is the full list of games that will be available on PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium on April 18.

Holders of a Premium membership, the top tier of the PlayStation Plus membership that Sony relaunched in June 2022, will be able to pick up five additional classic titles, all playable on PS4 or PS5. It is :
- Doom
- Doom II
- Doom 64
- Doom 3
- Dishonored: Definitive Edition (PS4 remaster of the 2012 PS3 game, with all DLC)
It is recalled that PlayStation Plus Extra subscribers have access to approximately 400 PS4 and PS5 games, while the PS Plus Premium adds around 300 more gamesincluding titles for PlayStation, PS2 and PlayStation Portable.

Sony to remove many titles from PS PLUS EXTRA/PREMIUM next month
Unfortunately, in return for the arrival of excellent titles in April, the “Last chance to play” section of the service has been updated with a impressive number of 32 titles which will disappear on May 16, 2023.

It is therefore a very substantial list, with many quality titles that are well worth playing, such as Marvel’s Spider-Man, Metro or Resident Evil. Also note that the PS Plus Collection will also be retired on May 9, 2023, with 19 other PS4 titles. You’ll still be able to play them once they’re gone, provided you redeem them before the expiration date, but new subscribers won’t be able to enjoy them from next month.
