After Vodafone began to charge for certain procedures carried out through an agent when calling customer service, to encourage the use of other ways of self-management like the My Vodafone customer area or even through a call, but through the “little machine” and not by talking to an agent.
According to the operator, the measure affects 1.6% of the calls from individuals that the operator’s customer service receives (which are many), so we are going to review the free alternatives for each of the affected procedures and thus avoid the cost of 2.50 euros per management that would have through the traditional method.
