Close the application

The bank is not supported
If what happens to you is that your bank doesn’t let you do a Bizum and it’s the first time you’re trying to do it, maybe it’s because it’s not even compatible. Although most banks are, you should keep in mind that not all. And that is why we can check it from the Bizum website where we will see all the details and we will find a box in which we can enter the specific bank to know if it appears in the list of compatible ones or not. If you normally do a Bizum easily and you can’t do it at a specific time, make sure you have money in the account. If the application works normally and you have used it before, check that you have enough money to be able to make the transaction you want. If you don’t have it, you already know that here is the problem.
check the limits
Bizum has limits. It’s not normal to reach them but you may have. And once that limit has been reached, you will not be able to send more money or make operations. There is a maximum weekly and monthly amount and there is a maximum amount limit per operation and day. If you’ve been trying to send a lot of money or have already sent money to friends and family multiple times this month, that’s probably the problem.
