Everything you should do to solve some important security flaws if you have an Asus router.
if you have a router from Asus it is likely that you will have to apply a security patch to correct a series of vulnerabilities so that your internet is as secure as before.
A few days ago the own Asus released a security patch that resolves up to nine vulnerabilities that could result in attacks by cybercriminals such as denial of service or remote code execution.
Another of the flaws could affect the router’s memory, and others could allow hackers to execute arbitrary code.
Another of the failures would also cause criminals to carry out “Man In The Middle” attacks, allowing them to hijack user sessions or even access confidential information that could end up being leaked.
It is good that you apply this patch to fix all these bugs, and it also improves credential protection and strengthens the security of wireless updates.
