Jeff Bezos, the founder of Amazon himself, the leading Black Friday platform, sounds the alarm about general consumption and the next recession.
He did so in an interview with CNN, Bezos noted that the economy “doesn’t look good right now. Things are slowing down. Layoffs are being seen in many sectors of the economy.”
All in all, Bezos invites you to tighten your belt, as he did a few weeks ago. “If you’re considering buying a big-screen TV, you might want to wait, hold your money, and see what happens,” encourages the billionaire.
“The same thing happens with a new car, a refrigerator or anything else. You just have to remove some risk from the equation,” insists the tycoon.
