How Jobgether works
According to the creators of Jobgether, one of the challenges that employers face in this regard are the legal restrictions on contracting in or from certain places.
To avoid this problem, Jobgether uses geolocation to maximize search potential of jobs actually available to job seekers based on their location.
In addition, the startup submits these candidates to a series of 27 checks and balances based on artificial intelligence which has the objective of identifying and scoring the most flexible employers among those who offer jobs on the web.
According to Jobgether, on the page offers 60,000 remote positions and attracts a million users per monthof which 100,000 have applied for open positions in the last month.

When entering the main website, it will mark your location if you have the device enabled for it. And in the box on your left you must look for what profession interests you.
For developers living in Spain, for example, there are more than 70 offers. In the left column you can further customize the searchdepending on the language they request, the annual salary you are looking for or what type of contract you want.
Interest in teleworking increases but companies want offices

A LinkedIn report published in October 2022 revealed that more than half of job applications on LinkedIn go to remote positions. According to Jobgether the idea is to have a truly global platform, with fully transparent conditions about the flexibility that the posted jobs actually offer.
At the same time, we have seen how many employers have decided, with the end of distance restrictions, to put us in the offices. It is a global phenomenon, also in Spain, although it also depends a lot on the sector and profession. This despite the fact that many studies show that labor flexibility improves productivity.
