According to the US Sun, Becki Beckmann of Maryland lost her Apple iPhone on Halloween night in 2012. It was a complete mystery that Beckmann could not find his handset anywhere. But for 10 years it had gone nowhere where the device might have been stolen or lost. The device appeared in an unexpected place!
Lost Apple iPhone 10 years later found in the toilet!
So Beckmann did what most of us would do in the face of the same scenario; got a new phone. But a little over a decade later, the mystery was solved when Becki and her husband heard a popping sound as they flushed the toilet.
Beckman, “Initially we blamed it on the old toilet or the poor construction of the house” said. But last week her husband got agitated and finally decided to take a look at the bathroom to see if he could stop the noise from continuing. After spending some time with the piston in hand, Becki’s husband discovered the source of the sound and He was stunned to see his missing iPhone surface from the depths of the toilet pipes.
After ten years plumbing a toilet, you would naturally expect an iPhone to suffer some damage, but in the images we only see the back panel of the phone detached from the rest. In the comments from Facebook users, it seems that most of the people cannot believe this article.
Another is, “There’s no way it’s been stuck in the toilet for 10 years and not causing any problems until it starts making noise” said. In a different interpretation, “How did it not get clogged? I have a baby wipe in the pipe of my townhouse and I’m taking shit to my room.” commented. Beckmann’s Facebook post received more than 700 comments.
