Motorola has a new proposal for the mid-range and it is the Motorola Edge 30. This device has just been presented today and, therefore, it must arrive with some first-class characteristics. and, above all, with the intention of retaking the company’s leadership in this sector that was taken away by companies such as Xiaomi or realme.
And, it is that, although it is a mid-range terminal Motorola has played a most interesting card in this new device and it is design or rather, the exercise of getting it so extremely thin and light. Because the Motorola Edge 30 advocates not trashing jeans pockets.
So before starting to break down its specifications, we are going to make its most important feature clear. The Motorola Edge 30 weighs only 155 grams and, although cold and with the data it may not seem so little, we must remember that it has an almost 7-inch screen and a 4,020 mAh battery.

Weight is not the only thing where Motorola has insisted on showing an exceptional design exercise. The Motorola Edge 30 is only 6.79 millimeters thick and this makes it one of the thinnest terminals that have been presented in recent years and, above all, in this year 2022.
The company’s intentions are clear, now it’s time to move on to the bulk and the most interesting: power. Inside is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778 5G accompanied by 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. The battery as we already mentioned is 4,020 mAh with fast charge of 33 W.
The AMOLED panel that appears on the front has a diagonal of 6.5 inches with a refresh rate of 144 Hz compatible with HDR10 + and a color depth of 10 bits. Although to see how it looks in real life we will have to wait until we have it in our hands to be able to try it.
The photograph is marked by three cameras that are housed in the back of the device. Both the main and wide-angle sensors are 50 megapixels, only the focal length changes, which in the first is f / 1.8 and in the second it is f / 2.2. The third camera is intended for portrait photography with a 2-megapixel sensor and an f/2.4 focal length.

The truth is that Motorola has a good theoretical candidate on the table, although we will have to wait for it to pass by our analysis table to tell you in depth how it works on a day-to-day basis and, above all, if it is worth betting on this device and not on other proposals from manufacturers such as Samsung or Xiaomi.
