Tech News Desk – Vodafone Idea has launched a new prepaid plan of Rs 296. Daily data benefit is not available under this plan because the company has given the data of the whole month together in this plan. The new recharge pack of Vodafone Idea (Vi) offers both calling and SMS facility. Airtel and Reliance Jio also offer similar plans with additional benefits. Let us know in detail about this plan:

Vi ka 296 plan: Vodafone Idea’s new Rs 296 recharge pack comes with unlimited voice calling. With this, 100 SMS are also available daily. There is no daily limit on the data available with this plan. This means that whatever data you are getting, it has to last for a whole month. In such a situation, if you are watching TV shows with mobile data, then you can get less data because in this plan a total of 25GB data is available for the whole month. If you use this data ahead of time, then the telecom company will charge 50 paise per MB. If you use all the benefits, then there will be charges for the same. This prepaid plan is valid for 30 days. OTT subscription facility is not available in this plan. This plan is especially suitable for those users who mainly need the calling feature and who require less data.

Airtel and Jio’s Rs 296 plan:
296 prepaid plan of Airtel and Jio, users get 25GB data. Those who are using 5G network, their data consumption is fast, they will not get any special benefit in this plan. It may happen that even after this plan you will have to buy add-on data. Reliance Jio’s 5G upgrade pack comes for Rs 61 in which a total of 6GB of data is available. Its validity depends on the existing active plan only. Jio and Airtel offer unlimited calling, 100 SMS per day and 30 days validity in the Rs 296 prepaid plan.

Jio’s prepaid plan gives free access to apps like Jio Cinema, Jio Security and Jio TV. Additional benefits are also available in Airtel’s Rs 296 pack. There is also Rs 100 cashback on Fastag, Wynk Music Free and Apollo 24*7 circle membership. Users also get access to free Hello Tunes for 30 days.
