Where to buy The
Google Nest Mini at the best price?
A good assistant at a lower cost
With the Nest Mini, Google is refining the recipe for its famous Home Mini. Although its price does not give you stunning sound, you do get a great personal assistant that will meet your daily needs. The improvements over the previous version are also welcome.
We can mention in particular the addition of indicator lights which serve as benchmarks for adjusting the audio volume, the possibility of hanging it on the wall to save space, as well as better audio quality.
In addition, this connected speaker gains in intelligence overall: integrated Chromecast function to launch programs on the TV with voice control, better management of smart home devices and faster responses.
What the Google Nest Mini Pebble lacks
If the Nest Mini presents an evolution with more LED lights, no additional functionality has been added to those already present.
We also note the presence of a proprietary cable for the power supply, whereas USB would have been more practical. We also regret that the ability to hang it on a wall doesn’t come with a clock display feature, like on the Echo Dot.
Finally, the sound quality at full power leaves something to be desired, but the roller is not intended to replace your main connected speaker, so we will get over it.
