Technology News Desk!!! Meta instant messaging platform will begin testing a new artificial intelligence (AI) generated stickers feature for Messenger. During the company’s meeting, Meta’s vice president of AI, Ahmed Al-Dahle, said the company would use its image generation model to allow users to create stickers based on text prompts, The Verge reported on Friday. Employees will begin testing these features internally before they are made publicly available.
With AI-generated stickers, our users can have more options for self-expression, culture representation and trend-worthiness, Al-Dahle said. He said that the company is working on AI model which is going to transform any image the way you want. This includes changing the aspect ratio of your image or converting a picture to a painting. Meanwhile, in February this year, Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg announced that the company was building a new top-level product team that would focus on generative AI. Zuckerberg said that in the short term, the company will focus on building creative and expressive tools. And, in the long term, the company will develop AI personas to help users in different ways.
