August 1 is the date chosen by Movistar to relaunch its television platform. From that day on, Movistar Plus+ will not only be available to customers of any operatorbut it will reorder all its channels to welcome a new content offer.
The most important channel of all this offer will be, precisely, the new Movistar Plus+ channel, where, among other things, we will be able to watch football, specifically a game every weekend. And since LaLiga has already published the schedules for the first days, we already know which will be the first matches of the 23-24 season that will be broadcast there.
The debut of Real Madrid, available to everyone
One of the great novelties of the relaunch of Movistar Plus+ is the channel that bears his name and which will occupy dial 7 where until now it issued #0.
This new Movistar Plus+ channel is included along with more than 70 channels on the streaming platform that Movistar will make available to customers (for 11 euros per month) and to non-customers of the operator (for 14 euros per month).
The main claim of the new Movistar Plus+ channel is that it will offer a match of LaLiga EA Sports (1st Division), one from LaLiga Hypermotion (Second Division) and one from the Champions League each day. These matches, according to Movistar, “will be known weekly and will be selected based on the interest of the competitions.”
This means that we will find out which game we can see each day on that channel as the schedule progressesas is the case with the matches shared by Movistar and DAZN.
The good? That we already know the first games that we will be able to see there because the schedules of the first three days First and Second Division:
- Saturday August 12: Zaragoza – Villarreal B (At 7:00 p.m) and Athletic – Real Madrid (at 9:30 p.m.).
- Saturday August 19: Spanish – Racing (at 7:00 p.m.) and Osasuna – Athletic (at 9:30 p.m.).
- Saturday August 26: Tenerife – Zaragoza (at 7:00 p.m.) and Seville – Girona (at 9:30 p.m.).
As we can see, all the matches that the Movistar Plus+ channel will offer will air on saturday, at 7:00 p.m. that of LaLiga Hypermotion and at 9:30 p.m. that of LaLiga EA Sports with a preview from 9:10 p.m. The Primera can be followed simultaneously on the LaLiga channel on M+. In #Vamos (a channel that is also included in the platform), another Second Division match will be offered each day.
