The novelty, however, is that the new Pokémon Go Plus+ continues to be used when you are not capturing creatures, since once you go to sleep, the device will analyze the way you sleep. Yes, Pokémon has a sleep monitor, although we still don’t know exactly what it wants those values for and what it has to do with taking care of Pokémon.
