Testers with access to the redesigned Xbox Dashboard have started to show what it looks like in action.
Last week, Microsoft began a series of user tests for the updated Xbox home page ahead of plans to launch it in 2023.
While features are subject to change, the first round of preview updates includes a number of updates to design, layout, and ease of access.
These, which can be seen in the video below, include the new “Back In” row, which provides quick access to users’ most recently played games and apps.
Gamers can also easily access system apps like Settings, Store, Search, and My games & apps through their own dedicated tiles on the home page.Xbox’s goal with this new design

“With that, we’re kicking off a multi-month series of experiments to learn how to create a more personalized home screen experience and address some of the biggest trends and requests from fans.”
Krislov added:
“In addition, we’re also exploring options for new game channels and collections when you scroll down that include content curated for you based on things like games you’ve played or how to get the most out of your Game Pass. subscription.”
Microsoft released a new Xbox Series X/S update last week that introduced a party chat noise suppression feature. Helps eliminate sounds like gamepad clicks, breathing, and background noise from parties.
