Yesterday was the second Tuesday of the month and if you’re an avid Windows user, you probably know what that means. Indeed, Microsoft took the opportunity to deploy its famous Patch Tuesday, the monthly update which corrects the security flaws discovered on its operating system. On Windows 11, no less than 60 vulnerabilities have disappeared from the radar.
Microsoft does not specify how many breaches have been closed on Windows 10, nor the severity of them. Instead, the Redmond firm simply indicates that “This update addresses security issues in your Windows operating system. » We take her word for it. Likewise, unlike its newer counterpart, no bugs have been fixed with this update. Others, however, have appeared.

How to install the latest Windows 10 Patch Tuesday
Don’t panic, these affect Copilot users on preview versions of Windows before all. In addition, Microsoft notes a bug with desktop icons, affecting users with multiple screens. In response, the firm disabled Copilot for affected devices. Likewise, the AI no longer works when the taskbar is positioned vertically.
It is therefore better to install this Patch Tuesday without further delay. Here’s how to do it:
- Open them Settings of Windows 10
- Go to the section Update and security
- Click on the button Download to install cumulative update KB5035845
- Restart your PC once the download is complete
Note that Microsoft also reminds that Windows 10 21H2 is reaching the end of support. Starting June 11, Enterprise, Enterprise Multi-Session, Education, and IoT Enterprise editions will no longer receive security updates, leaving them vulnerable to cyberattacks.
