It seems that Xiaomi has gotten its act together over the last 24 hours, presenting in China a large number of related products for use in the home, and more specifically in our kitchens. In this post we are going to talk about the new Xiaomi Mijia Thermostatic Electric Kettle 2, a advanced kettle very similar to the Mijia Electric Water Kettle 2 that we saw last September, but with some interesting improvements.
In this case, this new product It has been launched only in China with an official price of 169 yuan, about 24 euros to changeso we will have to be patient to know if later the brand will finally market it in the rest of the markets, something that we hope will be the case since it is a really interesting product.
Detailed temperature control and brutal durability
It is true that this model has a lower capacity compared to the Mijia Electric Water Kettle 2 that we were talking about earlier, but its 1.5 liter tank should be more than enough for daily useand more if we take into account that it equips a system with 1800 W of power It allows you to boil any type of water in less than 5 minutes.
As you can see in the images, it maintains the aesthetics of other Xiaomi products with a white matte plastic finish and, as a novelty, it integrates a front control with a small OLED panel from which we can choose the operating temperature with modes of 45 °C, 60 °C, 70 °C or 85 °being able to even maintain that temperature for a stipulated period of time.
On the other hand, Xiaomi comments that the tank that equips inside is entirely made of 304 stainless steel ideal for contact with food, since it does not produce any type of odor and does not rust. In addition, the brand promises a Durable operation over time of up to 10,000 uses thanks to its built-in thermostat produced by the British firm STRIX.
