Canva is a spectacular online tool if you want to try your hand at professional graphic design. Thanks to its vast number of templates, you can create your layouts for almost any document: resumes, social media content, and montages of all kinds. Therefore, this is not only an intrinsically graphic design platform, but also a practically multifunctional one.

Most importantly, although this app has a paid version, we don’t need it to get our hands on a multitude of professional designs. Create documents and presentations
Anyone who uses Canva knows that creating documents and presentations is the genesis of this app’s existence. Canva Docs allows us to create a multitude of documents, reports, eBooks, and a good handful of marketing-focused materials.
What makes Canva special is that it prioritizes design tools above all else. You have thousands, tens of thousands, of templates to streamline your workload, or you can start creating any document from scratch. Plus, once you’ve created any type of content, you can download it in PDF or Word format. So you won’t have compatibility issues with other programs.
Design invoices for your company
Yes, you can create your own invoices, whether you’re a freelancer or a business, with Canva. By customizing almost every element in a design or template, you can tailor your design to that of a professional invoice. You can also use many templates specifically designed for creating invoices.
Finally, of course, you can design it to your liking, including colors and fonts. Once you’ve finished creating it, you can also download it in the format of your choice to send it or complete it in another program.
Edit your PDFs
Canva is also a professional tool for editing your own PDFs. Just upload them to the platform, and it lets you edit the text, add images, delete them, and more.
