It has been a fairly successful product, despite the price, especially for people who look for quality without looking at the budget, however, 2 and a half years have passed, and many users are asking for a second version, although really, at least as an opinion staff, there is little to improve.
When will the Apple Studio Display 2 be released?
The forecasts indicated that this new product could be seen next to the Mac Mini M4a team that would be about to be presented, and which could be very interesting because basically, it comes without a screen, and we need one. However, there are no rumors or leaks that confirm this, and except for surprise, it seems that they will not come out at the same time, and we will have to wait, at least until 2025, to see it.
The current Studio Display has a 27-inch 5K retina display. The new one could even reach 6K and larger size (32 inches)or at least two different options, however, this would also increase the price.
We could also see an improvement regarding its maximum brightness and other less important features, however, as we said at the beginning, they are not really urgent, and Apple is in no hurry to release a new model, because this one is more than interesting in 2024 .
