WhatsApp, the popular instant messaging app, is an indispensable part of the daily lives of millions of people around the world. We can say that WhatsApp has changed the way we communicate online and how we end up approaching our daily lives, and while it may sound exaggerated, nothing could be further from the truth. The Meta-owned app strives to continually update itself, and now this is what happens when you write or send an audio note.
Once WhatsApp announces a new feature, it takes a few months for it to become available to all users. Now, with the new additions, an era in the app is coming to an end, as we’ll no longer see the words “typing” or “recording audio” in chats. What will appear now? More subtly, instead of the message at the top, three dots will appear in the lower left corner to indicate that the person in question is sending us a text message.
Updates to continue improving WhatsApp
Features that were announced for WhatsApp last October, but haven’t reached the general public until now. Changes are being made to text messages and the way they’re sent, but what about audio? Just like texts, where three dots appear, a microphone symbol will appear.
How do you get these new features? To do this, you’ll need to keep WhatsApp as updated as possible to integrate the new additions that appear in the popular instant messaging app.
