Simply open the operating system’s Settings app, for example, using the Win + I key combination. From there, simply go to the Windows Update section to receive the latest Windows 11 update.

This will likely trigger the arrival of the long-awaited major system update if Microsoft has been blocking it up until now due to one of the many incompatibilities.
