Apple has become so popular, that it appears in any situation and part of the world, so even movies and series want to use their brand and stores to be able to show them in filming, however, it is not so simple, since taking advantage of a real is complicated, especially when they open practically every day.

Netflix has meticulously recreated an Apple Store from scratch for its new suspense film, IHostage, inspired by the Real kidnapping occurred in 2022 in an Apple store in Amsterdam. The production team built a real -scale replica of the establishment, including a giant screen that simulated the outer environment through digital effects.
Filming in a real Apple Store was not possible, so we rebuild an authentic Apple Store at the real scale. The floor space is exactly the same size as the retail store. These were the exact words of the director, Bobby Boermans, who was very happy with the result, although it is clear that recreating this is not cheap, however, it allows to record with greater comfort and far from the original store, so it reduces, in some ways some expense and problems.

The truth is that it is very curious, since it makes you think that they are recording in the Amsterdam store itself, especially for what is seen behind the windows, and it is only a fictional scenario, where even the interior is not even, although it is likely to have contact with Apple to recreate, more realistically the stage, copying exactly the tables and other decorations, but without bother For a filming, which could produce losses and disturb the clients that I would really want to go, and find it busy and closed.
