Bad news for users of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite: in less than a month, certain subscriptions will see their prices increase. This increase is justified by the massive integration of artificial intelligence and the numerous regular additions in the various applications.
From January 15, 2025
Adobe has announcement significant changes to its Creative Cloud subscriptions for photography, including a price increase and the introduction of a new option. Now the Lightroom subscription alone with 20 GB of storage costs €13.99/month instead of €11.99. The Photoshop + Lightroom (20 GB) combined offer goes from €23.99 to €27.99/month.
A new feature has appeared: a Lightroom subscription with 5 TB of storage at a price of €22.99/month, intended for users requiring extensive storage space, but who do not need Photoshop.
These adjustments, according to Adobe, reflect new features and the growing integration of artificial intelligence into editing tools. The company also justifies these increases by the continuous improvement of cloud services and workflows. These changes will come into effect from the start of next year, on January 15, and users will be notified of the details in their accounts. Current members will be impacted during the next subscription renewal.

Creative Cloud for photography (20 GB)
– The prepaid annual subscription plan remains unchanged at €143.14 including tax/year (i.e. €11.93 including tax/month).
– Monthly payment remains an option for existing users with an updated price of €18.14 including tax/month, with an annual commitment, starting from their next renewal.
– Existing members who pay monthly can upgrade to the prepaid annual subscription plan to keep the price of €11.93 incl. VAT/month.
– This offer will remain available to existing customers, but will no longer be offered to new customers.
Creative Cloud for photography (1 TB)
– No changes to this plan, which continues to be the best option for new customers wanting to use both Photoshop and Lightroom.
Lightroom (1 TB)
– The prepaid annual subscription plan remains unchanged at €143.14 including tax/year (i.e. €11.93 including tax/month) and includes Lightroom Classic.
– The monthly subscription formula increases to €14.62 including tax/month, with an annual commitment, from their next renewal.
– Current members who pay monthly can upgrade to the prepaid annual subscription plan to keep the price of €11.93 including tax/month.
