Porsche has published a blog post in which the German brand describes its use of the Apple Vision Pro. A device which has obviously allowed the luxury car manufacturer to enter a new era of presentation of its cars.

Apple Vision Pro revolutionizes Porsche presentations

Porsche has integrated the Apple Vision Pro, Apple’s mixed reality headset, into its ecosystem in order to revolutionize the presentation of its sports cars. A strong partnership that also includes CarPlay 2.0. Without forgetting the presence of Tim Cook, who attended in person a live conference from the German manufacturer, emphasizing the importance of this collaboration.

Two major innovations stand out. First, immersive experiences for customers and press. During presentations, spectators can use Apple Vision Pro to experience new Porsche models from different angles, as if they were in augmented reality. They can interact with the cars, explore the interior and view technical details, all in a realistic virtual environment.

Second, the Vision Pro is used as a design and customization tool. Thanks to this headset, potential buyers can configure their Porsche in real time, personalizing elements such as color, finishes or accessories, and instantly view the result in immersive 3D. It’s much more realistic than on a simple computer screen or tablet.

By integrating this technology, Porsche is reinventing its marketing approach and improving the customer experience, while strengthening its innovative brand image. It also shows the potential of Apple Vision Pro to transform interactions across various industries. After all, as its name suggests, the Apple Vision Pro is a device capable of excelling in the professional sector.

Despite a press that focuses solely on sales figures, the Apple Vision Pro offers a service that no other consumer product is able to achieve. Apple’s AR/VR headset has already proven itself in medical radiology. Not to mention its unrivaled immersion in sport, particularly in Formula 1 with the Lapz app or with the Multiview function for football and basketball.
