Different sources indicate that the Galaxy Z Flip 8 could release a special version of the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 manufactured in 2 nanometers by Samsung Foundrywith additional customization of the house to optimize consumption and sustained performance. The key is not only the name of the chip, but the jump to 2nm node which, on paper, would offer better thermal and efficiency figures compared to the standard variant manufactured by TSMC.
