Short Circuit Studio has just unveiled a new update for Teeny Tiny Trains, bringing a whole new universe to explore and a new mechanic that promises to revive the interest of this railway construction game on iOS and Android. “Chapter 7” notably introduces the Family Porch, a peaceful place ideal for living your passion for railways.
Teeny Tiny Trains is getting an update
If you’ve never played Teeny Tiny Trains before, you’ll need to cleverly place the tracks on the board to navigate your little trains from one station to the next. Starting with simple track segments, each level introduces distinct challenges that will test both your logic and your train management skills.
The “Chapter 7” update will allow you to develop your skills in the Family Porch mastery levels, while testing out the new separator mechanics. This system gives you the ability to split a train in two, which can change everything depending on the context. We’re talking about 30 additional challenges and 5 new levels of mastery.
On top of that, you’ll be able to add Timmy’s latest homemade train creation to your collection, as well as a new mode called Traincadewhere you will have to collect discs on your journey since this summer.

Our opinion on Teeny Tiny Trains
Graphically, Teeny Tiny Trains doesn’t break the bank, but offers a warm atmosphere whose style reminds us of games like Hitman Go. It’s simple and, indeed, works well on all compatible devices.
The gameplay offers challenging gameplay with a variety of obstacles, which will appeal to players who enjoy meticulously planning the perfect train track. The game spans multiple chapters with dozens of levels, and also includes a level editor, which adds to the longevity. The only downside is that the gesture controls are sometimes finicky.
Puzzle lovers and/or railroad enthusiasts have no reason not to give it a try.
