In a new advertisement, the apple brand addresses a well-known observation: the massive abandonment of objectives from the second Friday in January.

“What if a little nudge on our wrist could help us stop giving up?” This is the question that Apple asks in its latest advertising campaign for the Apple Watch Series 10. The brand emphasizes the motivating features of its watch: notifications to close activity rings, tracking of training goals , and specific running features like pace tracking and encouragement alerts.

To start the year off right, Apple is launching a special challenge as usual: users will be able to win an exclusive digital reward by closing their three activity rings for seven consecutive days in January. An initiative that is part of Apple’s overall strategy to encourage its users to maintain regular physical activity.
