During the latest beta of the Vision Pro, with visionOS 2.2we have been able to see something that has caught our attention, and that is that, apparently, the Spanish (from Spain) within the system, something that we love and that could give us a clue of what is to come.
It is true that it is not something super relevant, and that it does not assure us anything, since we already assume that in a short time, both Spain and other countries will have this product available in their stores, however, that they are already including our language in a beta, it could advance a little that it won’t be long before we see them (although it would be logical that they add it anyway even though they don’t sell them here).
The Vision Pro already have a Spanish language
And, not only do we have Spanish (Castilian) incorporated into the new beta of the Vision Pro, but also the Galician, Catalan and Basquewhich further reaffirms the theory that they want the inhabitants of Spain to have the option of choosing one of their national languages.
It is true that, as we said, the Vision Pro should arrive in our country soon, and although this may help us see them sooner, we were already waiting for them, so it would not be a surprise, and simply a matter of time.
For now there are several betas left before the official release, which would be in December, from what we can guess that since they are adding the language, it will not be sold before it comes out, and, since it is already the turn of the year, everything indicates that until 2025 we will not know much more about them, a year where we could even see other models, be it the Vision Pro 2, or an economical version, which is talked about a lot, although there is no specific date, and it could be next year, or in 2026.
In summary, we have Spanish within the Vision Pro, and although it is a simple and logical movement so that inhabitants of the United States and other countries, with a native Spanish language, can use it, we want to hope that it is also a way of saying that They are going to be launched in Spainsince, for that to happen, the normal thing is that they could be put in Spanish, and, therefore, this is a step that we would have to see before their release, so, we have a little less left to be able to have them.
What we are clear about is the price, since our neighbors can already buy it, for months, and it is 3,999 eurossomething that, honestly, will discourage many from being heard, or not, in Spain, because at that cost, they are not going to get one. At least the majority.
