Since September, Apple has launched a series of advertisements to tout the merits of the iPhone 16, with heavy emphasis on Apple Intelligence. The latest in this campaign, however, focuses on the prowess of the A18 Pro chip, which is the heart of the iPhone 16 Pro.
“All Systems Pro”
In the ad titled “All Systems Pro,” the protagonists are all grouped together in a NASA-inspired control room, but instead of a space mission, the crew is preparing to launch the iPhone 16 Pro.
The ad highlights the capabilities of the A18 Pro chip, including its advanced Neural Engine and an image signal processor designed for 4K video recording at 120 frames per second. It also recalls the inclusion of a USB-C port on the new models, something that has been around since the iPhone 15. The ad description touts the chip’s improved processor and GPU, as well as a significant increase in performance. memory bandwidth, which contributes to superior video and photo capabilities, as well as improved gaming performance.
