What’s new in macOS 15.1
One week after the Release Candidate (RC) version of macOS Sequoia 15.1, Apple is therefore offering its update to the general public. This patch introduces the first wave of Apple Intelligence features, offering a variety of new tools and improvements for English-speaking Mac users.
The highlight of this release is the first wave of Apple Intelligence features. Here’s a sample of what’s to come:

Genmoji, Image Playground and other ChatGPT will arrive in macOS 15.2, currently in beta.
A highlight of this update is the improved functionality iPhone Mirroringwhich now supports drag and drop between devices. This makes transferring photos and files easy, providing a quick and smooth method for moving content between your Mac and iPhone.
Install the update on Mac
To download and install macOS Sequoia 15.1, follow these steps on your Mac.
Go to System Settings ➝ General ➝ Software Update and select “Upgrade Now”. Remember to run a backup first, you never know. Count on a few free gigabytes and a good Wi-Fi connection.
