The device has been mentioned in recent leaks under the name of Galaxy G Fold, which suggests that Samsung plans to clearly differentiate it from the Z FOLD series. The brand even advanced a concept of this type of design in previous events, but everything indicates that this time it is a real product in the advanced development phase.
Apple must be advanced
If the rumors are true, Samsung could officially announce this innovative smartphone in July 2025coinciding with the launch of its new folding. The marketing would begin at the beginning of 2026, which would mean another blow to Apple, which according to the leaks will not have its first folding iPhone before 2026 or 2027.
