You probably have not yet thought about it, but it is not so much so that the iPhone Fulfill 20 yearsand as happened on the tenth anniversary, Apple has prepared surprises, and not only in terms of the name, but to the evolution and news that this model will bring.
This is the iPhone 20, or iPhone XX, since it is understood that, although it would have to be called iPhone 19, it will happen as the last time, and Apple will advance one more number to celebrate, in turn, this anniversary, with a generational and revolutionary change, or that we hope.
iPhone XX by 2027: what will it be
Although Apple is quite discreet on these issues, and we don't even know if the name will be this, iPhone 20, or even the iPhone 19 (name that would touch it), we do know that it will have very important changes, and, although they are still rumors, we are going to talk about them:
- A completely new and frame design: Apple would be preparing the greatest redesign of its history, with an almost completely made of glass iPhone. The screen would be curved by the edges, almost completely eliminating the frames. It would be a more futuristic and polished device than all of the above, although it is not the first time that it is heard, and then it does not happen, so we will have to be pending.
- Hidden camera and sensors under the screen: Due to the above, the iPhone XX is expected to eliminate notch and Dynamic Island. Instead, both the front camera and the Face ID system would be directly integrated under the screen. This would allow to have a clean screen, although we will have to see if the reliability of these is the same.
- No physical buttons or ports: In line with a minimalist aesthetic, Apple could remove traditional buttons (such as volume and on), replacing them with tactile controls, something similar to what you already have with its new camera button. In addition, it is rumored that the iPhone XX would not have a cargo port, betting on a total wireless load, probably through Magsafe, something complicated to imagine, but that could happen if it advances enough.
- New generation battery: Another great novelty would be the incorporation of solid state batteries based on silicon, a technology that promises longer duration, lower degradation and greater safety against heat, which would improve all sections related to this component.
To all this the new iOS system will be added, which would be consistent with all these new features, which, honestly, on paper, seem very beautiful, but that we will have to see if Apple really returns to its innovation line, or we continue with small aesthetic changes annually and we do not see something like that. I hope so, or at least part of what we comment come true.
