About 10 years ago, I decided to try iPhone, and I fell in love with the system, due, above all, to its fluidity and performance, since Android, at that time, only gave mistakes, and even the high -end were blocked from time to time.
However, everything evolves, and at the moment Android's operating system is much better optimizedeven if Apple continues to win. What happens is that the apple company, despite trying to innovate, no longer manages to get attention as before, and in many ways it is staying behind. Today we are going to analyze what those points are, and why I consider changing.
IPhone and Apple errors in 2025 vs Android
All these points are a personal opinion, and there will be people who value more functions than others, depending on the needs, so it is something that simply leaves here for those who are doubting to pass to iPhone, and have priorities similar to mine.
- Siri does not evolve: Although with Apple Intelligence we have seen small improvements in everything that refers to artificial intelligence, the Siri assistant remains anchored in 10 years ago, and all Apple promises have been in vain, so we do not have a real evolution in this section, with other devices, even very economical, from Asian countries, which exceed the block.
- Apple Intelligence is very bad: It sounds abrupt, but it is so, and we do not talk about whether Samsung's intelligence is better or worse, but that of the iPhone is very bad. The magical draft, something they promoted as spectacular, is at the height of the photoshop of 2015, or even worse, not serving nothing more than small details, and being nothing “intelligent”, so we cannot even mention it as a tool.
- High prices: We could pass all this on an iPhone 16E, but we cannot ignore it in a Pro Max of more than 1,500 euros, since, formerly, they differentiated much from the Android, but today, and more with these cons, we would be paying a lot for what they offer, so it is not profitable at the quality of quality price in 2025.
- Very normal autonomy and load: Although they have improved load times and battery life for years until now, other brands, even with terminals of 150 euros, manage to load this in a few minutes, while the iPhone, for alleged “protection and safety” are still taking more than 1 hour to do so.
To all this we can add the lack of personalization, being an odyssey to change the tone of calls for a personal one, or the limitations in apps that make no sense. It is true that, for example, in iOS 26 we can select the time of postponing an alarm, and that they are no longer 9 minutes, as we explained the other day in this article, but as this there are a thousand things that are not yet, and they should be, since we understand the closed ecosystem of the brand, but sometimes they go closed.
