LG revealed the UltraFine 6K display at CES 2025, the first with Thunderbolt 5, a standard seen in the new M4 Pro Macs in November 2024. A grandiose screen for Apple customers

The UltraFine 6K, model number 32U990A, suggests a 32-inch screen, similar to both Apple’s Pro Display XDR and Dell’s UltraSharp 6K. Although the precise resolution has not been disclosed, it is expected to be in the same range as the Pro Display XDR’s 6016 x 3384 pixels, offering over 20 million pixels with a density of 218 pixels per inch.

This monitor uses a Nano IPS Black panel (an upgraded version of LCD), providing expanded color gamut coverage of 99.5% Adobe RGB and 98% DCI-P3. While it can’t directly compete with the Pro Display empty your bank account.
