Apple Intelligence summarizes incoming text messages and notifications not perfectly, but accurately enough to get an idea of what all the alerts are saying.
Yes, you’ll eventually want to open notifications to get full context, but I’ve actually been surprised by how Apple Intelligence can summarize simple messages quite well, even though half of my conversations are anything but simple.
