We begin with this science fiction and comedy series based on the literary saga The Murderbot Diaries, by Martha Wells. Alexander Skarsgård plays a security android who, after hacking his own system, struggles to hide his free will while protecting a group of scientists on a dangerous planet. Fountain of Youth (the source of eternal youth)
In this adventure directed by Guy Ritchie, two brothers who have not spoken for years (played by John Krasinski and Natalie Portman) must reconcile their differences when they inherit a key track towards the legendary source of youth. What begins as a simple expedition is transformed into a global career full of traps, ancient enemies and family secrets. Along the way, the mission forces the protagonists to relive their past and discover what it really means to age. Will be released exclusively in Apple TV+ the May 23.
Stick
Owen Wilson plays a former professional hockey player fallen out of favor, who finds a second chance as coach of a youth team in a small city. Lidicing with his own turbulent past and a group of inexperienced young people, the protagonist faces their failures while rediscovering the value of teamwork, empathy and commitment. The series mixes humor and emotion, on a line similar to Ted Lasso, and focuses on the transformation of both the coach and the children in charge. It is expected to get to Apple TV+ the June 4.
