These conferences, broadcast live to millions of viewers, will return this year, and we will tell you what dates they will do so.
When will the next Apple event be?
Although Apple has not confirmed dates, everything indicates that we could see a spring event in 2025. Based on previous years, this event could take place between the end of March and the beginning of April, although in 2024 it was held in May.
At this event, we would most likely see the long-awaited and renewed fourth-generation iPhone SE, which according to the latest rumors would be called iPhone 16E.
The event, if everything goes as in previous years, would begin at 10 in the morning in California, so in Spain it would be seven in the afternoon. In Mexico, for example, it would be twelve o’clock (12:00) and in Argentina two in the afternoon (2:00 p.m.).
However, these schedules could vary, although in principle, they will be these, following the line of each year. They could be modified, especially if they are carried out close to the change of daylight saving time.
The most anticipated releases of 2025
Apple could surprise us with products like:
- iPhone SE fourth generation.
- New 11th generation iPad.
- A HomePod with an integrated screen.
- MacBook Air with M4 chip.
The spring event could also include some minor new additions to the Apple ecosystem, such as updated accessories.
WWDC 2025: the must-see event in June
Apple uses its Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) to present advances in software. This year, expect a preview of:
- iOS 19 and iPadOS 19about which we barely have information, but it seems that it will take Siri to another level. For the version of Apple tablets, it is expected that the new version brings its potential closer to that of the Mac software.
- macOS 16.
- watchOS 12 and tvOS 19.
- VisionOSthe operating system of its augmented reality glasses.
As for hardware, we could see:
- Mac Studio with M4 chip.
- 32-inch iMac Pro.
- Mac Pro with M4 Ultra.
The WWDC or World Wide Developers Conference will probably take place on June 9 to 13with its now classic keynote on Monday to start the week. Personally, I would say it will be Monday the 9th or Tuesday the 10th of that month.
September event: the highlight of the year
The most anticipated event of the year will be held in September, where the launch of the iPhone 17the new Apple Watch Series 11 and Apple Watch Ultra 3along with AirPods updates.
The past September events have taken place on Monday the 9th in 2024 and Tuesday the 12th in 2023. Apple follows the pattern of announcing its flagships this month, launching the products for sale within a few days.
Will there be an event in October?
In 2024 there was no event in October, but it is common for Apple to use this month to update its Macs and communicate it through a press release. If we see an event this year, it could focus on the arrival of devices with M5 chipsconsolidating Apple’s most powerful line of computers.
